We are interested in investigating the vascular functions of Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF) and chromogranin A and their pathophysiological roles in cancer and cardiovascular diseases. In addition we are interested in developing new strategies for cancer therapy based on targeted delivery of TNF and other cytokines to angiogenic blood vessels.
