Subject area: Cell biology/Mechanisms of protein trafficking and release

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a young, motivated and enthusiastic researcher. A background in cell biology or biochemistry is requested.

Description: This project is aimed at gaining new insights into the molecular mechanisms that regulate uromodulin polarised trafficking, secretion and polymerization through the generation and expression of mutant isoforms in kidney epithelial cells (MDCK).

Start date: February-March 2008
