Subject area: Genetics and functional genomics of common human disorders

Requirements: We look for a motivated and enthusiastic person with experience in genetics.

Description: The group is involved in a large collaborative study of a genetically isolated population to identify genetic risk factors for common disorders. We have collected phenotypic data from medical examination and laboratory analysis, as well as genetic and genealogical data. We look for a person with a background in genetic analysis (linkage and association studies) and interested to work at the phenotpic data analysis as well as at the analysis of the whole genome genotyping data that will be produced.
