Subject area: Gene therapy of primary immunodeficiencies
Description: stem cell biology and therapeutic gene transfer with viral vectors. The research will involve preclinical studies in in vitro and in vivo models of disease as well as studies in ADA-SCID patients treated with gene therapy.
Requirements: Motivated, dynamic persons with Ph.D./M.D. degree, strong background in molecular/cell biology with experience in immunology and/or stem cell biology in a qualified research laboratory.
Start date: September 2007
Salary or grant: Based on experience and seniority.
